Windows - Downloading Books

To download your Bibles and books, first download the app and sign in to your account. Once you're signed in, you'll have access to your Library.

Downloading from the Library

We recommend downloading your Bibles and books from the Library.

Select the Library icon on the toolbar.

Make sure you're on the 'Cloud' tab. Bibles and books that haven't been downloaded have a download arrow. Select a Bible or book cover to begin downloading it.

Once a Bible or book has finished downloading, its cover will appear solid. Select it to open it in the main reading window. 

Some collections, such as commentary sets, display the individual volumes before downloading. To download the entire collection, select Download [#] Volumes. If you prefer, you can also download individual volumes.

Study Bibles are downloaded as a bundle. For more information about using Study Bibles, please see this article.

Automatic Downloads

If you have a large Library, you can automatically download all eligible Bibles and books instead of downloading each one individually.

From the Library, select the Options icon (three dots) in the lower right corner, then select 'Options'.

Turn on 'Automatically Download Books.'

Your Library will now automatically download all eligible Bibles and books, with the exception of audiobooks and audio Bibles.

Audiobooks are not downloaded automatically because the files are typically large. By default, audio is streamed, which requires an internet connection.

To make audio available for offline listening, select the Audio Bible or audiobook in your Library.

Select the green icon in the upper right corner of the cover image. now, select 'Download All' to download all the entire audio Bible, or select the individual Bible books to download.

Using the Library

Once the book or commentary set is downloaded, it will appear in the 'Device' tab in the Library.

Select the 'Device' tab and choose the Bible or book you just downloaded, such as the NKJV:

Downloading from the Store

You can also use the Store to download books you've purchased or download free books.

Select the Store icon on the toolbar.

To download free items, scroll to the Free Resources section and select 'See All'.

Select 'Download' for free books or 'Setup' for free audio Bibles and audiobooks.

To download purchases, select the 'Purchased' tab.

Locate the Bible or book you want to download. Select 'Download' for books or 'Setup' for audio Bibles and audiobooks.

Once downloaded, the Bible or book will appear in your Library. 

Using the Library 

Downloaded Bibles and books are available to use offline.

To switch between books, select the Library icon, then select the Bible or book you want to open.
