We recently released an app update (version 6.12) to our Mac app that changes the way commentaries work within the app. This does require that you re-download your commentary sets. In this article, we will demonstrate how to re-download your commentary sets.
Manual Download Steps:
Select the Library icon.
Ensure that you are on 'All Books'.
Select a commentary set. Note that commentary sets now have a cover image that looks like a stack of books.
We also have an automatic download feature that saves time if you have multiple commentary sets to download. Please note that enabling automatic downloads will download all of the titles registered to your Olive Tree account. These are the steps to enable Automatic Downloads:
Select 'Bible Study' in the upper left corner and then select 'Preferences'.
Ensure you are on the 'General' tab and then checkmark 'Automatic Downloads'.
We recommend leaving the app open for a while to allow time for your resources to download. You can select 'Store' and then 'Downloads' in the top toolbar if you would like to check the progress of your downloads. In the left sidebar, you will also see the number of files left to download.
