It’s easy to save a copy of your annotations (notes, highlights, saved passages, and book ribbons) outside the app. You can export them into a .CSV spreadsheet file that opens in programs like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers. The file includes details such as the verse, your note text, and the date each was created.
Download Your Annotations
- Log in on our website: https://www.olivetree.com/store/secure_login.php
- From the left menu, click 'Export Notes'.
- Click 'Export'.
- When prompted, enter your email address and password to verify your account.
- Look for an email with the subject 'Your Olive Tree Sync Export is Ready for Download'.
- Open the email and click 'Go to Download'.
- You’ll be taken back to the Sync Export page where you can download your .CSV file.
Tip: Your download link will be available for 2 days. If it expires, simply repeat these steps to request a fresh export.
For the best viewing experience, open your file in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or OpenOffice Calc.
