Mac: Removed Titles won't Re-download

We have recently noted an issue where titles are not downloadable after they have been removed and archived from the Mac app. This has been reported to our software developers and should be resolved in a future update to the app.

In the meantime, please submit a ticket to our support team if you experience this issue. We can manually correct it by resetting the Library sync data associated with your account. This will allow your title(s) to be downloaded properly.
