Account Deletion

This article includes information on how to delete your Olive Tree account. The simplest process to delete your account is to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team here to request an account deletion.

We also have an option to submit your deletion request within the app on Android, iPad/iPhone and Mac. (Windows users will need to submit a ticket to request an account deletion.)

Android/iPad/iPhone:

The screenshots below were taken on an Android device but the same steps apply for iPad/iPhone.

From within the app on an Android device, iPad or iPhone, tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner:

Tap Account Details.

Tap the Options icon in the upper right corner and then select 'Delete Account'.

Confirm the deletion by selecting 'Delete Account'.

Tap 'Delete' to generate a ticket with the Olive Tree Customer Support team. A Customer Support representative will email you shortly to confirm and complete the account deletion. Please reply to the email from Customer Support to complete the deletion process.

Mac:

Within the Olive Tree Bible App on your Mac, select 'Account' and then 'Delete Account'.

Confirm the deletion by selecting 'Delete Account'.

Select 'Delete' to generate a ticket with the Olive Tree Customer Support team. A Customer Support representative will email you shortly to confirm and complete the account deletion. Please reply to the email from Customer Support to complete the deletion process.
