6.0 iPhone/iPod - Notes

There are two ways to add a note to the Bible text on your iPhone or iPod. This article will teach you both options.

Verse-Based Notes:

Find the verse you want to add a note to and tap the verse number. Tap 'Note' from the toolbar.

Once you tap 'Note', the 'Edit Note' screen will appear.

Once you have the note edit screen up, tapping in the large white space will allow you to compose a note.

Word-Based Notes:

Find the section you want to add a note to and tap and hold a word in the section. You can add a note to a single word by clicking 'Note' here. If you want to add more text to the note, move the blue selector bars until you've selected all the text you want to add. Tap Note.

Once you have the 'Edit Note' screen up, tapping in the large white space will allow you to compose a note.

Edit Your Note:

You can also tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the 'Edit Note' screen to delete your note, edit tags, change the category the note belongs in, change the note icon, and edit the title of the note.

Once you've added content to the note, tap 'Done' in the upper right corner. Tap 'Close' in the upper left corner and the note icon will appear in the Bible text. Tapping on the note icon will bring up the 'Edit Note' screen again.
