NKJV Study Bible Notes

Thank you for your interest in the NKJV Study Bible Notes. In this help article, we will go through a few ways to use the NKJV Study Bible Notes to get the most out of your Bible study.

Open in the Main Window

One way to view the NKJV Study Bible Notes is in the main window. This option will allow you to navigate into the Table of Contents for the NKJV Study Bible Notes. To access the Table of Contents, tap on the navigation menu.


The navigation menu will open up to what we call the 'Grid Layout'. To switch this to a better format for your study Bible notes, you'll need to tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner (green gear).


Tap 'Use List Layout'. 


The list layout will appear, which gives you access to the extras that come with the study Bible notes, like articles, maps, word studies, and more. 


Open in the Split Window

Another way to view the NKJV Study Bible Notes is in the split window. This option will allow you to have the commentary open alongside your Bible text.

Open the split window by tapping the icon in the screenshot below:


Open the split window Menu by tapping the grey circle with the three white dots. 


Tap 'Open Library' and select the NKJV Study Bible Notes.


Open in the Resource Guide

The third way to view the study notes in the app is through the Resource Guide. Open your preferred Bible translation in the main window and open the Resource Guide in the split window. You’ll see relevant entries from the NKJV Study Bible Notes in the Resource Guide that correspond to your location in the main window.

Like above, tap on the grey box icon to open the split window.


Tap the split window menu icon and select 'Resource Guide'. 


When you see the NKJV Study Bible Notes in the Resource Guide, tap on the resource to see all the entries that are related to the text you are viewing in the main window. 



The study Bible notes also keep up with the Scripture passage you’re reading in the main window with sync scrolling when you have the study notes open in the split window or in the Resource Guide.
