There are three different approaches you can take to installing our application on your Android device.  This set of instructions should be used if you are not able to get a strong connection either with WiFi or a data connection (3G or 4G). This will involve tethering your device to your computer, then downloading the application and products from a web browser.

Connect your Android device to your computer with a USB cable.

Tap at the very top of the screen to access a grip bar and drag your finger down to access a list of different options. Select "USB connected" from this list.
In the resulting dialog box, tap "Mount" or "Turn on USB Storage" (this depends on what version of Android you're running).
You should now see your phone as a drive in your computer's file manager program. Open that drive.
Copy the "BibleReader.apk" to your device in a location where you'll be able to find it again.
Then disconnect your device from your computer.
Go into your settings and make sure that under "Applications" you've selected the "Unknown Sources: Allow installation of Non-Market applications" checkbox so that this item that wasn't downloaded from the Android market can be installed.
Finally, use Astro or some other file browser on your device (available from the Android Market) to browse to that file and run it. This will install BibleReader on your phone -

Download the files to be installed to your computer
Open the browser on your computer and log into your account on the olivetree.com website:

https://www.olivetree.com/store/secure_login.php

Once you are logged in, make sure that you have the right device or platform selected and go into the "My Personal Library" link.
Select the download button to the right of the title that you would like to install
Confirm your device or platform if asked.
Under manual installation from the PC or Mac, select the .pdb files and download them to the desktop of your computer.

Connect your device to your computer

Position the window so that you are able to see the downloaded .pdb files on your desktop.
In the Window, navigate to the /OliveTree folder (it should be off the root directory).

Load the products onto the device

Now drag and drop the .pdb files from the desktop into the /OliveTree folder.
Close the drive window for the Android.
On the Android device, turn off USB storage and disconnect the device from your computer.
Reboot the device.
Open the BibleReader program and navigate to the library, your title should now be available to open.
